Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in drained canned tuna and cook for another 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a fork.
Add heavy cream and stir to combine; let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Once the pasta is cooked, reserve ½ cup of pasta cooking water and drain the rest.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce; if the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Mix in chopped parsley for freshness and serve hot.
