Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 10 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds to reduce spiciness.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture until they are generously filled.
  • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and jalapeños are tender.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
